Dietz & Company Architects provided facility upgrades that included a parking study, associated lot improvements and plaza improvements at the Campus Center.
The extensive Campus Center envelope study included a comprehensive investigation of water infiltration issues at roofs, exterior walls, foundations, and windows. A prioritized program of corrective improvements was developed and a portion of the study was implemented to repair the plaza roof deck on the Campus Center.
