Chauncy House (Boston, MA)
Chauncy House is one of just six remaining glazed terra cotta buildings in Boston. Built in 1921, this 12-story building required renovations to its 88 housing units and careful preservation to maintain the facade and overall quality of the building. Through careful planning, we were able to uphold the aesthetic and historic value of the building while providing a newly accessible common area, renovated units, and restored exterior. We also secured Historic Tax Credits for this project.
