Three Buildings Linked
Smith College Campus School (Northampton, MA)
To make this project the success that it is today, Dietz & Company Architects needed to make connections between starkly different buildings and functions while also establishing new uses for space. Our extensive study process led to a program to provide new K-6 classrooms in a former laundry building; the added challenge was the integration of that structure with the administrative offices in a neighboring historic building and a 1960's vintage addition.
