Ice Pond Drive (Northampton, MA)
Ice Pond Drive, part of the Village Hill project, is a large-scale, mixed-use community development of approximately 400 units of housing. Dietz & Company Architects designed the six affordable homes that sit among the market rate lots. Due to the pleasing design, quality construction and beauty of the site, the stigma of affordable housing was all but erased. Both the affordable and market-rate properties in the neighborhood sold immediately.
